Summit Valuations, LLC, a full service valuation company, announced that Ray Hernandez has been promoted to director of operations/technical liaison. Hernandez joined the company when it was founded in 2007 and was the first W2 employee the firm hired, the company announced in a release.
In his new role, Hernandez will take responsibility for the company's day-to-day operations as well as continue to oversee all technical support. He most recently served as Summit's technical support manager.
"Ray has been part of Summit from the day our doors opened and he has remained a driving force in all that we have achieved," Summit Valuations President Ron Ahlensdorf, Jr. said in the release. "This promotion is well deserved and puts him in a position in which he can continue to grow and succeed. Meanwhile, the company will benefit from his experience, talents and abilities."
Hernandez has played a critical role in the achievement of Summit's overall mission of ensuring consistent, on-time delivery of quality valuations. He possesses many skills, including complex problem solving, effective personnel management, and troubleshooting and has a passionate focus on customer service.
In his new position, Hernandez will oversee the day-to-day operations of Summit Valuations. He will work closely with clients, vendors, staff and management to provide HR leadership, strategic planning and operational results, the release said.
