Graphiq, a data visualization firm, announced an enhanced collaboration with CoreLogic, a financial and property data provider. Graphiq now can deliver instant interactive data visualizations on more than 150 million properties across the nation through the Graphiq Real Estate API.
Incorporating CoreLogic data allows Santa Barbara, Calif.-based Graphiq to build graphs with minimal time-to-market and reduced costs for real estate companies, including MLSs, brokerages and real estate portals, the company said.
“What’s unique about this collaboration is that we’re not just passing through CoreLogic data, we’re adding value by managing, visualizing and delivering insights directly to customers,” Graphiq Vice President Alex Rosenberg said in the press release. “By internalizing the complexity of real estate data sets, utilizing our staff of researchers and knowledge platform, we’re able to create turn-key solutions for clients and build products in a few days that would generally take customers 3-6 months to implement.”
For CoreLogic, the collaboration gives the company access to a new sales channel and asset type that addresses a major pain point for its existing and future clients, the release said.
“We’re expanding our existing relationship with Graphiq because of their unique data platform and the ability of their team to quickly deliver modular visualization tools to the real estate industry,” said Chris Bennett, general manager of Real Estate Solutions at CoreLogic. “Having a powerful, scalable solution will help address a major gap in the marketplace, while also allowing us to diversify and strengthen our product offerings. We look forward to working with Graphiq and integrating their visualization tools into our products and services in the future.”
“We’re excited about bringing the strength and reputation that CoreLogic has in real estate plus our technological capabilities to roll this out to a large set of customers,” Rosenberg said. “We think the world should be a world of data abundance, where every person who wants to incorporate real estate data can do so cost-effectively.”
