Superior Home Services, the leading provider of FHA property remediation services for lenders and servicers, has promoted Patrick Nackley to senior vice president. In his new role, Nackley will be responsible for managing the company's future growth, increasing operational performance and developing strategic initiatives.
Most recently, Nackley served as the company’s director of marketing and business development. In his new role, Nackley will serve as corporate counsel and continue to manage the legal department.
In other personnel changes, Nina Pankau has been promoted to vice president of finance and information technology, where she will be responsible for ensuring the financial health of the company and the integrity of its IT operations. Pankau’s duties include preparing, reviewing and analyzing company financial information, working closely with senior management to develop strategic planning and business directives, and overseeing the company’s IT resources, budgeting and management.
The company also named veteran mortgage servicing executive Thomas Vaughn as director of marketing and business development. Vaughn will be responsible for establishing and nurturing key relationships with existing and prospective clients. Vaughn formerly served vice president of government programs oversight for Selene Finance, a leading mortgage servicing and loss mitigation provider.
All three appointments were made to help Superior Home Services keep up with growing demand for its services.
“As HUD has become stricter in conveyance condition requirements for FHA properties in default, demand for our services is growing tremendously,” Superior Home Services CEO David Cook said in a press release. “As we grow, we will be relying heavily on our senior team to ensure that our clients continue to repair properties using as little corporate funds as possible.
“Patrick has done an extraordinary job expanding our client base and making sure our clients achieve swift, successful claim recoveries, and the company’s strong financial health is a direct reflection of Nina’s accounting expertise,” Cook added. “Meanwhile, Thomas’ proven track record in sales, his experience helping companies meets regulatory guidelines and his commitment to service makes him a perfect fit for our organization. We are extremely fortunate to have all three on our team.”
