Inland Real Estate Advisors announced that Andrew G.
Hartigan, MAI, has joined the firm as Senior Executive – Valuation Services. In
this role, Hartigan will lead Inland’s Valuation Services team and oversee the
commercial appraisal engagements on behalf of Inland’s clients.
Hartigan brings nearly 15 years of commercial appraisal,
valuation and consulting experience to his position, including investment real
estate analysis, IRS audits, ad valorem, estate planning and institutional
portfolio management. His diverse valuation practice and expertise includes
high-tech manufacturing facilities, landmark buildings, sports facilities, golf
courses and recreational facilities, business properties, CBD office
properties, resort properties and religious facilities primarily concentrated
in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa and Wisconsin.

Valuation Services team,” Inland President Paul Rogers said in a release
announcing the move. “His depth of experience, particular skill set and
demonstrated leadership is a perfect match for our vision to lead this team as
we bring our appraisal valuation services to the market.
“We created the Valuation Services group to meet the needs
of our diverse client base, who continually acquire, sell, exchange, and
evaluate their real estate portfolios,” Rogers continued. “A significant part
of our valuation services will involve litigation support, ad valorem and
institutional financing.”
Hartigan received his undergraduate degree from the University
of Colorado-Boulder and holds a master’s degree from Loyola University. He is a
member of the Appraisal Institute, where he has served as a regional officer,
as well as a lobbyist to Congress on behalf of appraisers nationwide.
