The Appraisal Institute, the nation’s largest professional association of real estate appraisers, announced the hiring of Evan Williams as director of professional services and resources on June 17.
In this position, Williams will be tasked with facilitating, directing and coordinating specific operational activities relative to the Appraisal Institute’s mission. He has also served on the executive, finance and audit committees.
“The Appraisal Institute is very excited to welcome an individual of Evan’s caliber to our team,” said Appraisal Institute Chief Executive Officer Frederick Grubbe. “His extensive association background will enable him to play a key role in serving the Appraisal Institute’s nearly 22,000 professionals in almost 60 countries throughout the world.”
