USRES, a provider of financial support services for valuating and liquidating real estate assets and parent company of technology platform RES.NET, announced July 23 that Neal Caudle has been named the company’s national sales representative. Caudle, who has more than 16 years of experience serving Fortune 500 clients and stakeholder executives, will assist the national sales team in its expansion of valuation services for origination lenders, banks, hedge funds and institutional and private investors.
“Neal’s background and understanding of our products, our customers’ needs and the industry at large make him an ideal addition to USRES and a great match for our philosophy on customer service,” said Keith Guenther, chief executive officer and founder of USRES. “Neal’s experience establishing and fostering successful client relationships will further strengthen the team as well as bolster our presence in the real estate industry.”
Prior to joining USRES, Caudle was a national account executive for the consumer credit reporting agency Equifax, where he was responsible for all property data reseller business line development, sales strategy, enterprise account planning and contract negotiation. Caudle was previously the business development director of Clearbox.com, as well as national sales director for JVI Solutions. Caudle also spent seven years in mortgage technology services management with FNC. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Wake Forest University.
“I have been impressed with USRES’ business model and the core relationships it has established within the industry throughout the company’s history,” Caudle said. “It is great to join a team dedicated to innovation in services as well as technology, while placing equal value on its partnerships and customers.”
