The Accurate Group, a provider of national real estate transaction services to the financial services industry, announced on Jan. 6 that it has rebranded its proprietary software platform as “Archer” following a significant investment to enhance its rules-based client portal and compliance software platform.
As a cloud-based platform, Archer drives the core of Accurate’s technology service business by managing 25,000 third-party vendors, streamlining workflow and efficiently delivering data through system integrations with clients.
Archer is now also fully integrated with the ValueNet suite of products following Accurate’s acquisition of the business in August 2013. Accurate expects to continue to actively integrate Archer with additional partners and clients throughout 2014.
Archer includes significant technological and functionality enhancements to accelerate Accurate’s service and reduce expenses for its bank and mortgage clients.
Some of the enhancements include:
-
Support for “compliance-in-a-box” managed services to major lenders;
-
Vendor and client-facing Web portals that automate supply chain management;
-
Client integrations with the major transaction routers, directly to major lenders, and integrations to commercial LOS providers;
-
Vendor integrations to critical valuation, title, closing and recording data and service providers to promote data exchange;
-
Integrated business rules to allow customization and automation to the entire supply chain process;
-
High performance, high volume title report production;
-
Valuation cascades that enable compliance and cost savings; and
-
Support of the MISMO 2.6 GSE and automated valuation compliance review tools.
In addition to the development of Archer, Accurate completed a transaction with Y-Waite Solutions to acquire the remaining technology, intellectual property rights and assets from the original developer of the system.
Since 2010, Accurate has employed Dwayne Waite, chief architect at Y-Waite, as its application development manager and has grown its technology development team under the leadership of Mike Cullen, chief information officer at Y-Waite. This expanded development team allows Accurate to set rapid timelines for new development priorities while also providing a compliant platform.
“The Accurate Group is ideally positioned after four years of continual enhancement to the original Magellan platform to launch Archer,” said Cullen. “Remaining nimble is increasingly rare in today’s IT and business environment and it is appreciated by our clients. I have developed many systems in the title and valuation space over the last 20 years and this is the most rewarding that I have been a part of.”
