“A strong human resource infrastructure and sound internal processes are crucial for smooth, methodical growth,” Equator Chief Executive Officer Chris Saitta said. “We have major growth plans and our approach is very strategic. We are looking to Mira to play a prominent role as we continue to grow the Equator team and prepare to roll out the next generation of Equator solutions.”
“The industry continues to go through massive change and Equator is responding by bringing on an unprecedented level of real estate, servicing and technology experts,” Equator Chief Operating Officer John Vella said. “We know that a company’s success is determined not only by the quality of the solutions it brings to market, but also the quality of the company itself—such as its people, policies and overall operations. We consider ourselves fortunate to have someone of Mira’s caliber to help us create and maintain the internal structure that will sustain our growth.”
