CoreLogic: S&P Case-Shiller Index shows a change for July

CoreLogic: Mortgage performance remained strong in July

CoreLogic’s Loan Performance Insights report revealed that while overall mortgage delinquencies crept up from June to July, they are still near an all-time low of 2.7 percent.

Redfin: Homesellers drop asking prices amid higher rates
