TRID's impact on appraisers, fees

The implementation of the TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID) rule has been in effect for six months, and although most of the impact of TRID has been felt by lenders and settlement agents, there are aspects of the new rule that have changed the way appraisers need to do business, as well. Idaho latest state to enact AMC oversight

Idaho became the 39th state to enact a comprehensive appraisal management company registration and oversight law when Gov. Butch Otter signed Senate Bill 1318 on March 23.
