WFG National Title Insurance Co. (WFG National Title) appointed Stephen Gregory as underwriting counsel for its agency group in West Virginia. WFG National Title a national title insurance underwriting company and a full service provider of title insurance and real estate settlement services.
In his new position, Gregory will provide underwriting support for WFG agents in West Virginia and also will serve as a secondary underwriting resource in Virginia. Over the course of his 35-year career, he has served with one of the nation’s largest underwriters for 10 years in both a state manager and underwriting counsel role. He also has practiced law extensively in the private sector, including five years with Steptoe & Johnson in Charleston, W.Va. Gregory works with the West Virginia Department of Transportation as well as Legal Aid of West Virginia. He earned his J.D. from George Mason University, and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.
