Landmark, a land records software company, has gone live in Clay County, Fla., a move which will help to streamline interactions with public records for its citizens, it said.
According to the announcement, Clay County began exploring its options for a recording system in the hopes of improving workflow and providing more for its customers. Landmark will help them achieve that by providing online access to marriage license kiosks and the court now has the ability to scan all recordable documents immediately upon receipt. As soon as a new document is recorded in Landmark, it becomes available on a public website in real time.
Landmark, a part of the Pioneer Technology Group, fields a suite of software solutions in the fields of court case management, tourist and bed tax collection, property deed sales and jury management.
“We pride ourselves in the partnerships we build with our customers, and the relationship we are building between Pioneer and the Clay team is no exception,” Pioneer President Steve Rumsey said. “We are happy to have Clay County join the family and anticipate continued shared success.”
“We are excited to utilize the innovative system provided by Pioneer but, more importantly, we are excited about the opportunity to work with a company that takes care of its customers first and foremost, as proven by the installation of Landmark, before, during and after,” Clay County Director of Recording Debbie Thacker said.
