He has product experience with MLS platforms, agent and broker websites, customer relationship management (CRM) applications, data sharing, document and transaction management, and more. Black Knight’s MLS organization currently offers MLS systems and a range of real estate-related products, including a mobile interface for accessing MLS data, public records solutions, data license management, a consumer portal that leads to MLS member websites and more.
“The addition of a real estate industry technology executive as talented and well-respected as Chip is a real ‘feather in the cap’ for our team,” Black Knight Senior Vice President of MLS Systems Rich Lull said. “Chip will be an invaluable resource as we continue investing in product development to expand beyond MLS systems and offer more capabilities to our customers.”
