Fidelity National Title Agency, a member of the Fidelity National Financial family, named its newest two employees, Kristina Gooding and Leah Martin, as commercial escrow officers. Gooding and Martin join Diane F. Carpenter in the new Camelback Lakes Commercial Branch.
Gooding personally has closed transactions insured at more than $2 billion during her escrow career. Her previous experience within the commercial and retail construction industry provided her with a solid foundation for understanding the specific requirements for complicated commercial transactions, according to the announcement. She successfully executed transactions for retail shopping centers, office condominiums, industrial, multi-family, residential and vacant land. Prior to working in title and escrow, she managed a variety of new-build and reconstruction projects. Additionally, Gooding is proficient in non-real estate escrows related to business asset sales, mergers and acquisitions and conflict resolutions.
Originally from the Chicagoland area, Gooding maintains her love for the Chicago Bears and is hopeful her daughter will share her passion for the Bears someday, too.
Martin maintains an extensive background in the real estate industry, beginning her career while in college working in the residential sector. She learned property management and transaction coordination before moving into the title side, where she worked as a title examiner. She quickly advanced into a commercial escrow officer position and since has closed more than $100 million in the last year alone. Her expertise is in the areas of vacant land, improved land, industrial, mobile home and multi-family transactions.
A native of Louisiana, this University of Louisiana Ragin’ Cajun began to call Arizona home in 2010. With a passion for exploring and football she is looking forward to the adventures this new role will bring, the announcement said.
