Sun Title is expanding its commercial division with the hiring of Ed Foltice to focus on commercial business development. He brings 49 years of experience in the title industry, including 26 years in commercial title. In his new role at Sun Title, Foltice will focus on the client experience and new client development.
“We have experienced tremendous growth in our commercial division, so we are excited to have Ed join our team to help further develop and service our commercial business,” Sun Title co-owner and CEO Tom Cronkright said in a news release. “Ed brings with him a tremendous amount of experience and connections within the community and we are very excited to have him on the team.”
In addition to his professional experience, Foltice also proudly has served the community for numerous years. His past service includes work with the Grand Rapids Optimist Club and the Grand Rapids Real Estate Board. Currently, Ed serves as co-chair of the Networking Committee with the Grand Rapids Commercial Alliance of Realtors.
