Ashley Johnson joins the North Coast Title team as title officer and Karen Kaydo joins as the escrow officer, the company announced. Both will bring their skillsets to continue the growth of the Title Alliance affiliate based in Mentor, Ohio.
Johnson is a Florida native, and according to the announcement, her passion for real estate brought her to Northeast Ohio, where she took a position recording documents. Her area of emphasis was on the final review and recording of title documents adhering to each county title policy and their specific recording guidelines.
“We are committed to finding top talent to help expand our services offered at North Coast Title,” North Coast Title Manager Brenda Shockey Takacs said. “Ashley has incredible attention to detail, which is necessary for a title officer, and has the drive that will allow her to thrive on our team.”
“I’m looking forward to expanding my industry knowledge and developing myself both personally and professionally as part of the North Coast Title team,” Johnson said.
Kaydo has close to 30 years of experience on both the lending and the title and escrow side of the industry.
“Karen is well known in the Northeast Ohio market and her core values align perfectly with those of both Title Alliance and Keller Williams,” Takacs said. “To say we are thrilled to have her on our team is an understatement. She brings with her the utmost level of professionalism, which will be apparent to all whom she meets. I am confident that our entire North Coast Title team will achieve greatness together in 2016 and beyond.”
“I am excited to join the Title Alliance family,” Kaydo said. “I’m also excited to work with so many familiar acquaintances in the real estate community. I had been out of state for some time, but my passions were always with the Northeastern Ohio real estate community, and I feel at home already with North Coast.”
