Bulloch County, Ga., Lanier County, Ga., and Camden County, N.C., now are electronically recording real estate documents through Corporation Service Co. (CSC). Any document submitter with a computer, Internet connection and scanner/printer now can eRecord real estate documents in these jurisdictions.
Existing CSC customers can access the county’s available document types and required fields using the CSC Submitter Bulletin Bulloch GA, CSC Submitter Bulletin Lanier GA and CSC Submitter Bulletin Camden MO. Customers can email [email protected] if the county has not been added to their drop-down lists or with any questions or concerns.
Document submitters who are new to CSC or new to the electronic recording process should request a consultation with a CSC specialist. With eRecording, document submitters benefit from shorter wait times, fewer document rejections, faster rejection handling and more secure transmission of documents, the company said.
CSC provides eRecording solutions that establish an electronic “bridge” between submitters of real estate documents and county offices, enabling documents to be prepared, submitted, recorded/rejected, indexed and returned For more information, visit www.erecording.com.
