A change to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) that was signed into law by President Obama means title and settlement service providers who are planning to send out annual privacy notices at the start of 2016 might not have to do so, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) told a credit union trade agency.
