Simplifile’s eRecording service now is available in 10 more counties throughout New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia, providing land document submitters with a faster, more cost-effective recording method online. The new counties include:

Using Simplifile’s secure, web-based service, customers ranging from title companies to banks, attorneys and lien filers, have the ability to scan or upload and submit documents directly to the county’s recording office. In minutes, the documents are reviewed, stamped, recorded and returned back to the submitter electronically.
