CW Solutions, a national real estate services firm focusing on the wireless telecommunications and utility industries, promoted Ryan Sikorski to real estate project administrator, and Kjersti Myhre to senior land research associate.
Sikorski began his career at CW Solutions in 2014 as a land research specialist. His promotion is a result of his industry knowledge and commitment to client satisfaction, the company said in a news release. His new position will involve supporting various real estate activities for utility and wireless projects. Previously, he was employed by Eagle Land Services as a title searcher. Sikorski has seven years of experience in land title and ownership records. He is a graduate of Rutgers University with a bachelor of Science in geography (GIS mapping).
Myhre started at the company in 2013 as a right-of-way and land research associate. She held the position of real estate coordinator prior to her promotion. Before joining CW Solutions she was employed by 123 Title Agency in Florham Park. She has 20 years of experience in researching and analyzing residential and commercial title, as well as with administrative work for large-scale projects. Her concentration for the past seven years was with title for telecommunications projects on a nationwide level and utility work within the State of New Jersey. She holds a New Jersey title producer’s license.
“Both Ryan and Kjersti are tremendous team players with valuable skills and abilities,” founder and President Stacie Curtis said. “They have contributed immensely to our company’s growth over the past few years.”
