Entrust launched its centralized processing service and now can assist with processing everything from receiving the signed contract to issuing the final policies and racking mortgage releases.
AER merger increases Entrust reconciliation footprint
The centralized processing staff focuses on all the details involved in both residential and commercial real estate transactions. Services include: Pre-closing file processing; ordering the title search; securing estoppel information; ordering the survey; preparation of the preliminary settlement statement calculations; preparing the GFE HUD-1 and balance sheet; closing document preparation, mortgage release tracking and 1099-Se-filing.
The Virtual Assistant option helps with back office work while the Settlement Statement Preparation helps complete the HUD-1 settlement statements properly and in a timely manner. The standard option typically is used for refinance or purchase sale transactions and allows for up to three changes. The premium package allows for unlimited changes to the form and is used especially for short sales and REO closings.
