Adeptive Software, the privately-owned creator of ResWare is celebrating more than 10 years in the title and settlement software industry. Its flagship product, ResWare, is a title production and process flow software package that can be scaled and customized for any size company.
In addition to marking its anniversary, the team at Adeptive has grown to include Ganene Nielsen and Sylvia Hacker.
Nielson joined the company to assist with implementation services. She will be responsible for conducting business workflow analysis and optimization for both existing customers and future customers. Nielson brings more than a decade of experience in the industry and administered ResWare in her previous jobs at several large customers’ sites, providing her with a deep source of experience to draw on.
“Because of her breadth and depth of experience, Nielson is an ideal candidate to assist customers in evaluating their current process flows and making recommendations in utilizing automation to its fullest potential,” said Terri Hanson, vice president, strategic planning. “She will capitalize on the features of ResWare, such as workflow and automation management, vendor management, document and template management and communications management. She will also be able to assist in meeting the requirements of ALTA’s Best Practices.”
Hacker will be assisting in supporting, testing and upgrading ResWare customers. She has 22 years of experience working in IT, software development, systems support and database administration. She started programming COBOL on IBM mainframes and most recently was involved with Oracle database conversions in an ongoing journey. After several years away from IT, she has stepped back into a role that engages her existing skills.
