Accurate rebranded its software platform as Archer following a significant investment to enhance the technology. The company created a dynamic, rules-based client portal, vendor management and compliance software platform.
As a cloud-based platform, Archer drives the core of Accurate’s technology service business model by managing 25,000 third-party vendors, streamlining workflow and efficiently delivering data through system integrations with clients. Archer is fully integrated with ValueNet suite of products following the group’s acquisition of the business in August 2013.
Enhancements include:
- Support for compliance-in-a-box managed services to major lenders;
- Dynamic vendor and client facing web portals that automate supply chain management;
- Client integrations with the major transaction routers, directly to major lenders and integrations to commercial LOS providers;
- Vendor integrations to valuation, title, closing and recording data and service providers to promote dynamic data exchange;
- Integrated, dynamic business rules to allow customization and automation to the entire supply chain process;
- High performance, high volume title report production;
- Valuation cascades enabling compliance and cost savings; and
- Support of the MISMO 2.6 GSE and automated valuation compliance review tools.
In addition, Accurate completed a transaction with Y-Waite Solutions LLC to acquire the remaining technology, intellectual property rights and assets from the original developer of the system.
“The Accurate Group is ideally positioned after four years of continual enhancement to the original Magellan platform to launch Archer,” said Accurate’s chief information officer, Mike Cullen. “Remaining nimble is increasingly rare in today’s IT and business environment and it is appreciated by our clients. I have developed many systems in the title and valuation space over the last 20 years and this is the most rewarding that I have been a part of.”
