Title Resources Guaranty Co. appointed two veteran title executives to lead its Texas Agency team.  Jason Bragg has joined Title Resources as senior vice president/Texas agency manager, and Stephanie Funk now serves as vice president/Texas agency account manager.

“We look forward to the insight and enthusiasm that both Jason and Stephanie will bring to our Texas Agency team,” said J. Scott McCall, president and chief executive officer of Title Resources Guaranty Co. “They both have excelled in their careers and will be excellent additions to our business, which has grown beyond Texas and today spans across 28 states.”

Bragg started his professional career in the mortgage banking industry. In 2003 he joined Fidelity National Title as a Texas agency representative. After a successful career with Fidelity National Title, most recently, he led the San Antonio division of Independence Title as an area manager for five offices in three counties.

Funk joined Title Resources’ parent company, TRG, in May 2011 as director of business development serving the lender services and REO platforms. Prior to joining Title Resources, Funk led the Texas operations for a national underwriter that had acquired her title agency, Triad National Title, in 2008. During her tenure, her branches consistently ranked number one in production within the firm.

“As a previous agency owner, Funk has tremendous experience that will be of great benefit to Title Resources’ agent base. With her strong background she will easily relate both from an owner operator as well as an underwriter to Title Resources’ agents,” TRG stated.  Funk has handled transactions of all types, managed back office operations and has worked closely with state regulators.
