The Title Report hit the road recently, and this edition is packed with stories from our trip to the 2012 American Land Title Association Business Strategies Conference. The focus of the panels and conversations during the event were forms and fraud, and our main features in this edition focus on the general sessions that covered the topics in-depth. We also sat down with the chair of ALTA’s latest grassroots organization, the Title Action Network, to discuss the intentions of the new group. Beyond the ALTA coverage, we have also have coverage of an affiliated business panel from the Real Estate Services Providers Council’s (RESPRO) 2012 Annual Conference and news on latest year-end title premium data.
